assess procedures and identify problems that may adversely affect test performance.
• Maintain the laboratory record system for recording information on
patient demographics, specimen collection, identification,
preservation, processing, quality control, accurate result reporting
and specimen referral.
• Perform maintenance and function checks on electronic, mechanical and operational checks necessary for proper test performance to assure accurate and reliable test results and reports.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain safety equipment.
• Provide consultation regarding the appropriateness of the testing
ordered and interpretation of test results. Assist clients in ensuring
that appropriate tests are ordered to meet the clinical expectations.
• Evaluate and document performance of individuals responsible for testing by direct observation of specimen handling and test performance.
• Access training needs and participate in regular in-service training
and appropriate education on laboratory safety and procedures.

The Clinical Laboratory Scientist
job family consists of four levels which are distinguished based on the
complexity of assigned duties, the expertise required to complete
various assignments, and the responsibility assigned for providing
leadership to others.
Level I Code: X14A Salary Band: J
This is the basic level of this job family where incumbents perform a wide variety of routine clinical laboratory tests.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required at this level include
knowledge of the basic principles of chemistry, biology, and
microbiology methods and techniques of laboratory analysis; of the
hazards of laboratory activities and related safety practices; and of
the principles of microbiological, immunological, and biochemical
reagents and standard examinations. Ability is required to perform
basic microbiological, immunological, and biochemical analysis; to
establish and maintain effective working relationships with others; to
follow instructions, both orally and in writing; and to express ideas
clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
Education and Experience requirements at this level consist of a bachelor’s degree in biological science,

The HLA Clinical Laboratory Scientist I/II/III is a professional member
of the laboratory staff who works independently with minimal
supervision from supervisor personnel. As much as seventy percent of
the time is spent performing routine and technically complex laboratory
tests and analysis requiring advanced cognitive manipulation and
problem solving skills. As much as thirty percent of the time may be
spent in performing non-repetitive complex procedures. Activities
including operating and repairing test equipment, monitoring and
evaluation of the quality of testing, verifying and reporting test
results. The HLA Clinical Scientist I/II/III serves as a technical and
clinical instructor and is able to anticipate and respond to expected
situations regarding patient samples, test methodology and instrument
function at an expert level. Additional duties include general and
administrative support functions necessary for the routine operation of
the laboratory.

Educational Requirements:
• CLS I: BS in a biological science, Medical Technology or a comparable level of education and experience.
• CLS II: Valid CA CLS license, CHT and/or CHS certification in Histocompatibility, blood bank, Hematology, and immunology.
• CLS III: 4 years of experience as a certified Histocompatibility
Technology/specialist with a valid limited CA CLS license, Newly
graduated and CA licensed CLS. Will train, Medical Technologist with at
least 3 years of HLA experience in an approved laboratory.

License/Certification/Registration Requirements:
Valid California Clinical Laboratory Scientist License or eligibility to take the test.

Experience:
Four years experience as a Certified Medical Technologist or licensed
Clinical Laboratory Scientist or one year as a licensed Medical
Technologist with at least three years of HLA experience in an approved
HLA laboratory, CHT & or CHS Certification in Histocompatibility,
blood bank or immunology issued by the ABHI or ASCP Board of Registry
or a comparable agency.

Physical Demands:
Perceptive
acuity and physical ability to perform all functions including walking,
sitting, standing, bending and light lifting required.

لكن اسمح لي بالتعقيب علي ما ذكرت سلفا..

- اولا دعنا نتفق علي ان صفة الامانة في العمل هي صفة فردية مرتبطة بسلوك الشخص ذاته وغير مرتبطة بمؤهله بمعني :
يوجد كيميائي غير مخلص وغير امين في عمله ، ايضا يوجد طبيب غير مخلص وامين في عمله ، كما يوجد فني ايضا فني غير مخلص في عمله ، كما يوجد ايضا المخلصين في عملهم من نفس المؤهلات

- اما بالنسبة لكلام سيادتكم المتعلق بخلايا الدم الحمراء... فمن المؤكد ان سيادتكم تعلم ان تحليل صورة الدم الكاملة يتم من خلال اجهزة ، اما بخصوص الدفرنشيال .. وهذا ما اظن ان سيادتكم تعنيه ... فان من يتعامل مع الفيلم ويقم بالعد هو طبيب وليس كيميائي اوفني في معظم المعامل .. وبالتالي يقع الخطا علي عاتق الطبيب بشكل اكثر .. وليس تنصلا من المسئولية او نفيها عن الكيميائيين

- اما بالنسبة لكلمة دكتور كما ذكرت سيادتكم هو لقب مثل اي لقب .. واختلف مع سيادتكم في انها تستخدم لتضليل المريض
حيث انه مرتبط باذهان الجميع ارتباط مهنة التحاليل بالكيميائيين، فاننا لا نجد طبيبا مثلا يجلس في معمل يسحب عينات علي سبيل المثال
او طبيب يقف امام جهاز الكيمياء مثلا ، فباتت مهنة التحاليل مرتبطة في اذهان الجميع بالكيميائيين ، وبالتالي كل مريض يدخل الي
معمل فهو يعلم جيدا انه يتعامل مع كيميائي وليس طبيب ، ويكون لفظ دكتور كنوع من الاحترام من وجهة نظر المريض وذلك لارتباطه
بالمجال الطبي ليس الا ، اما داخل المعامل فيقال لفظ دكتور مثلا للفصل بين عمل موظفي الاستقبال وبين الكيميائين مثلا ...حتي لا تصدر فتوي مثلا علي لسان موظف الاستقبال علي سبيل المثال يتحملها المعمل بشكل عام .. فعلي الاقل سنجد الكيميائي عنده الحد
الادني عن معلومة معينة

- اما بخصوص استدراج الكيميائي مثلا لمعلومات طبية بكلمة دكتور ... فما اجده انه اي معلومة يقولها الكيميائي هي مرتبطة بالتحليل بشكل مباشر وليس لها اي علاقة باطار التشخيص مثلا .. كان يسال مريض كبد عن وظائف الكبد .. فيجيب الكيميائي .. الانزيمات مرتفعة شوية .. ولا اعتقد ان الكيميائي سيدخل في تفاصيل اكتر.. وانا بشكل شخصي اذا طلب المريض معلومة اكثر .. يكون ردي ... الدكتور الل حضرتك متابع معاه هيوضح لحضرتك كل حاجة ..وهي اجابة مقنعة لحد كبير

- ولي تحفظ بسيط تعقيبا علي الكلام الاخير (دكتور لقب للطبيب (بكالريوس طب وجراحة = دكتوراة فى الطب ) اولمن يحمل الدكتوراة فى اى علم ) ... رسميا فان لقب دكتور كما ذكرت سيادتكم لمن يحمل الدكتوراة في اي علم ..ولكنه غير مرتبط بشكل خاص بالطبيب (بكالوريوس الطب والجراحة) .. ولكم جري العرف علي استخدام اللفظ للطبيب .. وفي النهاية لا اري ان اللفظ ذاته قضية او مشكلة تستحق المهاترات حولها ... ولا اري ان الحوار قد يصل الي سطحية ان تكون القضية الاساسية هي من يستحق لقب دكتور... مادمنا قد نفينا عنها شبهة الاستخدام لتضليل المريض او غيره ...

- في النهاية اشكر سيادتكم للمبادرة التي قمت بها واستعدادكم للمساهمة في التدريب والتعليم .. واود ان اوضح لسيادتكم .. انه لولا ان كان الدافع هو التعلم .. واكتساب المهارات والخبرات .. لما وجد هذا المنتدي

المتخصص من المفترض ليس تابع لكليه طب وانما تابع لكليه علوم

لكن خريج طب لازم ياخدها في التخصصات كلها
يعنى مثلا واحد تخصصه جلديه لازم حد يدرسله ميكروبيولوجيا طبيه خاصه بالامراض البكتيريه والفطريه والفيروسيه للي بتصيب الجلد

ومن هنا يقدر خريج كليه علوم انه لما يحضر ماجستير ودكتوراه يقدر يبقي دكتور في كليات الطب

M. E. Azzazy, is an associate professor of chemistry at the American
University in Cairo (AUC), Cairo, Egypt. Dr. Azzazy received his BSc
and post-graduate diploma both in biochemistry from Alexandria
University, Egypt. In 1994, Dr. Azzazy received his PhD, with honors,
from the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth,
Texas. Prior to joining AUC, Dr. Azzazy was a faculty member at the
departments of Pathology and Medical & Research Technology,
University of Maryland School of Medicine in Baltimore (1997-2002). He
is a diplomate of the American Board for Clinical Chemistry and a
fellow of the National Academy of Clinical Biochemistry. Dr. Azzazy is
a member of the Globalization Committee of the Board of Registry, the
American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) in Chicago. He has
American board certifications in both clinical chemistry and molecular
diagnostics and has published extensively in internationally recognized

قد قرأت معظم التعليقات في هذه الصفحه
الحوار حول حق مضهد من جانب دون دفاع رسمي من جهة حكوميه رسمية
ده مشكلة مصر بس

بمعنى اصح انا عارف ان في منافسه في المجال ده بشكل غريب
و كبير

بس في نفس الوقت في عجز كبير من جانب واحد الا وهو

عدم وجود التخصص الذي يعطي المصداقية و التي تعطي القوة

الا و هو
خدمة البشر
و ليس خدمة الشهادة
بمعنى خريج علوم مدرب بشكل كبير و كفائة على استخدام الاجهزه التحليلية الدقيقة او البدائية
قد درس جميع طرق التحاليل الحديثة و القديمة لكن بشكل واسع و غير مخصص
ولكن هاك العامل التقني الكبير الذي يتميز به
الطبيب متخصص بشكل كبير في مجال طبي ايا يكن لكن له ادراك طبي كبير
لدرجه جامعية حكوميه
او لسهوليه العمل بالمختبرات و كبر دخلها المادي تخصص في مجال ليس له اي علاقة ب دراسته السابقة تماما
بدا الامر ب الكيمياء العضوية والغير عضوية

في الطرف الخر خريج علوم
له القدرة على بداية الطرف المعادلة الناقص و هو الجزي النظري
و لكن ايننننننننننننننننننننننننننننننننننننننننن؟؟؟؟؟

بسبب غفلة الحكومة وادارات الجامعه خاصة ادارات كليات العلوم لقلة تخصص الاساتذة في الكيمياء الحيوية الطبية او البكتيرية او او او

و في نفس الوقت لا يوجد من ينشاء البذرة الاساسية لزراعة التخصص في داخل كليات العلوم خرج الجيل دون و عي يتوجه حيث يحذفه الموج

و لكن من سعى وصل لنتيجة
من تعب ادرك الهدف

من استطاع استكمال دراسته بعد التخرج قد حقق هدف كبير يعجز اطباء الحصول عليه الا بعد تكريس وقت و خبرة و عمل مضني كي يستطيع الحصول على نفس الكفائة التحليلية للطبيب الكلينيكال.

مجمل الكلام لا يوجد عنصرية في الموضوع
ولكن يجب المطالبة ب تحديث مناهج الجامعه المكدسة دون تجديد
تحديد التخصصات ب طرق التطبيق المستقبلية
اضافة اساسيات التخصص في كليات العلوم حتى يتسنى للطلاب المتخرجين العمل في مجال التخصص بشكل افضل

هذا هو النهج الذي ادركته كليات الطب والصيدلة و طب الاسنان والبيطري قبل قرون ب وجوب دراسة اساسيات العلوم حتيى يتسنى على الخريج فتح كافة الاكانيات للعمل امامه اينما كان او ايهم تخصص.

اذا كان هناك من نقاش يؤدي الى نتيجة فلا بأس
اما ما فهمته انا فهو ان النقاش الدائر هنا ليس بنقاش بناء
وفيما يتعلق بالقوانين ايضا فلا يجوز كيل الشتائم لاي عضو كان مهما فعل

جهاز صور الدم يلخبط حجم وشكل الخلايا الحمراء اذا وجد انيميا

تشخيص نوع الانيميا يعتمد على حجم وشكل الخلايا الحمراء وتشخيص نوع الحميات والسرطانات يعتمد على نوع الخلايا البيضاء وجهاز صور الدم للشغل الكثير فقط (الطبيعى) اما فى الحالات المرضية فبيلخبط الدنيا
أرجو ان يفهم اى احد

الكيميائين والفنين اكثر خبرة من الطبيب فى المعمل

قرر وزير الصحة أشرف حاتم إصدار تراخيص بإنشاء معمل التحاليل الطبية للكيميائيين من خريجي كلية العلوم دون إشراف طبي ،
ووقف العمل بقرار وزير الصحة لسنة 1994، الذي يمنع العلميين من فتح معامل التحاليل الطبية إلا بموجب حكم قضائي ،
حسب رئيس الإدارة المركزية لشئون التراخيص والعلاج الحر د. صابر غنيم.

وأشار غنيم إلى أنه تقرر إعادة العمل بقانون رقم 367 لسنة 1954 الخاص بمزاولة مهنة التحاليل الطبية، وزير الصحة د.اشرف حاتم قام بتشكيل لجنة الأسبوع الماضي، لحل مشكلة إخصائي التحاليل الطبية المتراكمة من 3 سنوات،
وتقرر البدء في إصدار تراخيص مزاولة مهنة التحاليل لخريجي كليات العلوم والصيدلة والطب البيطرى والزراعة دون الحاجة إلى اللجوء إلى القضاء.

وقال إن إخصائي التحاليل من خريجى كليات العلوم والزراعة والطب البيطري والصيدلة في السابق لم يصرح لهم بالحصول على ترخيص مزاولة مهنة التحاليل الطبية إلا فى حالة وجود إشراف من طبيب بشري تخصص جراحة
أو بعد رفع الخريج دعوى قضائية على وزارة الصحة،

مما كان يكلفه مبلغاً لا يقل عن 10 آلاف جنيه، كما تلزم المحكمة الوزارة بدفع المصاريف، وهو ما كان عبئا ماليا على الوزارة والخريج.
وأضاف انه ستتم مضاعفة عدد اللجان المختصة لبحث طلبات الترخيص، التي تتعدى الـ 4 آلاف طلب ومحاولة الانتهاء منها في أقرب وقت ممكن

عليه إتباع أحكام المادة 26 من هذا القانون عند الاشتباه في أحد الأمراض الوبائية الوارد بيانها في تلك المادة . مادة 3 – يشترط للقيد في السجل المنصوص عليه في المادة (1) أن تتوافر الشروط الآتية : 1- أن يكون مصري الجنس أو من بلد تجيز قوانينه للمصريين مزاولة المهن المنصوص عليها في المادة الأولى بها. 2- أن يكون حاصلاً علي : (أ‌) بكالوريوس في الطب والجراحة من إحدى الجامعات المصرية وكذا علي دبلوم في الباثولوجيا الكلينيكية. (ب‌) أو بكالوريوس في الطب والجراحة أو في الصيدلة أو في العلوم (الكيمياء) أو في الطب البيطري أو في الزراعة من إحدى الجامعات المصرية، وكذا علي درجة أو شهادة تخصص من إحدى الجامعات المصرية في الكيمياء الحيوية أو كيمياء تحليل الأغذية أو كيمياء تحليل الأدوية أو في البكتريولوجيا أو في الباثولوجيا حسب الأحوال. (ج) أو درجة أو شهادة أجنبية في الطب والجراحة أو في الصيدلة أو في العلوم (الكيمياء) أو في الطب البيطري أو في الزراعة تكون معادلة بكالوريوس الجامعات المصرية، وكذا علي دبلوم الباثولوجيا الإكلينيكية أو علي درجة شهادة أو تخصص في الكيمياء الطبية أو البكتريولوجيا أو في الباثولوجيا حسب الأحوال وجاز بنجاح الامتحان المنصوص عليه في المادة
